With over 20 years of experience across industries, from healthcare to engineering, financial services to construction, Claudia brings a rare blend of legal expertise, strategic acumen, and an unwavering commitment to meaningful change.

She partners with executives, leadership teams, and midmarket organizations to build bold, visionary leaders, solve complex challenges, and scale with purpose. Her TEDx talk and book underscore her influence and thought leadership in the coaching and organizational development space.

Before founding her consulting practice, Claudia was a labor & employment lawyer & litigator, a former equity partner in private practice, and Associate General Counsel - Global HR & Litigation - at The Hershey Company. She dove into local and global business operations, human resources, leadership, and workplace culture, and that same hunger and curiosity carry into her approach to coaching and consulting.

She is a recipient of the ATHENA International Leadership Award and a nominee for Business Woman of the Year. She also received the PBA 2015 Special Achievement Award in recognition of her pro bono commitment to veterans and first responders. She was named as one of the Central Penn Business Journal’s 25 Women of Influence and was named one of the Top 100 Women in Business in Pennsylvania.

Claudia is a passionate volunteer. She serves as a Trustee on the Central Penn College Education Foundation Board, helping to ensure students have access to education. Claudia also serves on the Advisory Council for the College of Visual, Performing Arts, & Dance at Nazareth University. Before these volunteer opportunities arose, she co-founded and served as Co-Chair of the Salvation Army of Greater Harrisburg Shoe Strut for nine years, which provided thousands of shoes to local children in need and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for programs and services supporting families and children. She lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband, adjusting to their life as empty nesters as their amazing daughters pursue their dreams!
